The Rees Jones Golf Course, which opened in the spring of 1990, is a perennial favorite of both visitors and locals. Designer-approved renovations to the course in 1999 brought a more naturalized look with native grasses and wildflower plantings. Players of all skill levels will enjoy an extraordinary golf experience on this straightforward golf course with typical Jones bounding. Wide fairways and large mounds are surrounded by water, with water coming into play on 11 holes of the Par 72 championship course. In addition to water hazards, the many pot and large expanse bunkers make for a delightfully challenging game of golf. This spectacular course 6761 yards from the blue tees; 6334 yards from the white tees; 5716 from the gold tees; and 4912 yards from the red tees.

Each hole of the Willard Byrd Course is memorable for both beauty and exacting play. Built around several man-made lakes, each ranging from 14-20 acres, every hole of this par-72 signature course requires a distinctly different approach to Byrd's undulating greens.

Golf Digest declared the Dan Maples Signature Golf Course as one of the "Best New Resort Courses" in the nation in 1986. Tall Carolina pines and blended Bent grass greens define each hole on the beautiful par-72 course, still regarded as one of Maples' finest.

National Golf Schools lead teaching professional at the Sea Trails Resort is Jimmy Blanks. Blanks spent seven years playing on the Global Senior Series Tour, where he won a record four titles. He played in several Senior PGA Tour events as well and was the low qualifier in the nation for the 1996 U.S. Senior Open played at Canneberry Country Club in Cleveland, Ohio. Blanks finished in the top 30 at the Open and the Senior Tour's Nationwide tournament in Atlanta, Ga., in 1996.

Blanks earned his PGA Tour card in 1973 by advancing through qualifying school at The Dunes Club in Myrtle Beach, S.C. After playing on the Tour for a year and a half, Blanks served as the head men's golf coach at Cuesta Junior College from 1975 through 1976.

• 12:45 - 3:00pm: On course play with your PGA Professional.
