The Golf Course

The school will be held at Legacy Golf Club in Bradenton, 30 minutes South of the resort, across another of Florida's most scenic landmarks, the remarkable Sunshine Skyway Bridge.Legacy Golf Club is an upscale, 18 hole Championship layout that is different from anything else in the area. This award winning Arnold Palmer designed course has quickly earned its reputation as one of the premier courses in Southwest Florida. The impeccable service makes it a local favorite for visitors and locals alike. Located on a virtual nature preserve, wildlife abounds. This is an awesome golf course in a fantastic location and has been rated "Four Stars " by Golf Digest's Places to Play.

We also offer your class at The Golf Club at Cypress Creek. This fun course was designed by Dean Refram and Steve Smyers and opened for play in 1989. The golf course is reminiscent of Scotland's Links and offers a "Northern style design in a Southern setting." The Golf Club at Cypress Creek is an 18 hole, semi-private championship golf course, located just just across the Sunshine Skyway in Sun City. This must see Club is reminiscent of Scotland's links featuring plush fairways, beautiful terrain, undulated greens and multi-tiered tees. Designed on rolling terrain around 600 acres of protected wetland, Cypress Creek offers terrific golf for seasoned players and beginners alike.

• Our classes are never more than 4 students per PGA Pro for your morning session at the practice stations and never more than 3 students per PGA Pro for your afternoon playing lesson.

Daily itinerary for National Golf Schools: Trade Winds Island Resorts / Legacy Golf Club

• 9:00 -12:00: Practice stations for personal lessons with your PGA professional. We will also video tape your swing for a take home teaching analysis.
• 12:00 - 12:45: Lunch
• 12:45 - 3:00pm: On course play with your PGA Professional.
• 3:00 pm: Unlimited Golf
