The Mountain course was laid out in 1910 by Alexander H. Findlay and was remodeled in 1931 by Alister MacKenzie, designer of AUGUSTA NATIONAL - home of "The Masters". With smaller greens and more tree-lined fairways, this course begs for the straight shot. The engaging design takes full advantage of the scenic vistas and will appeal to players of all levels. It is quite simply the essence of "mountain golf".

The Links Course ( pictured above) is laid out in true links style, with wide open fairways and large undulating greens. It will challenge and delight golfers at all levels.

• Your morning sessions are never more than 4 students per teaching professional.
• You get a playing lesson with your teaching professional each and every day of your school.
• We use PGA, LPGA and outstanding teaching Professionals who are highly skilled Instructors, who know how to teach and play this great game. Many have been former Tour Pros, Head Professionals, Teaching Professionals, and Directors of Instruction who were chosen by us for their passion to help others. Many are really fun, patient people at the top of their field who are great with everyone from beginners to accomplished players.
• Customized golf schools: You name the dates you want your school and we will honor them. You will have a school according to your schedule, not ours.

Daily itinerary for National Golf Schools: Lake Placid Resort Hotel and Golf Club

• 9:00 -12:00: Practice stations for personal lessons with your teaching professional.
• 12:00 - 12:45: Lunch
• 12:45 - 3:00pm: On course play with your teaching Professional.
• 3:00 pm: Unlimited Golf
