Amelia Island Plantation is Florida's premier AAA-Four Diamond destination island resort in perfect harmony with nature. Located on Amelia Island, Florida, just 29 miles north of Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), the 1350 acre property overlooks the blue water of the Atlantic on the east and the green marshland and Intercostals Waterway on the west.
Named "Silver Medal Golf Resort" by Golf Magazine, Amelia Island Plantation boasts 72 championship holes.
 Amelia Links, designed by Pete Dye and Bobby Weed, is a 36-hole configuration including two signature courses,
Oak Marsh and Ocean Links.
Long Point, Tom Fazio's creation, is an 18-hole layout distinctly designed among primal marshlands and the towering sand dunes of the Atlantic. Long Point is our Club Members primary course; however, resort guests may reserve tee times one day in advance.
Amelia River, (formerly Royal Amelia) open to the public and located just three miles from the resort's main entrance, offers a Tom Jackson designed 18-hole layout, sculpted around a forest of majestic live oaks, sabal palms, pines and wax myrtles.

The Amelia Inn and Beach Club offers 249 luxury hotel rooms with an ocean view, as well as a spectacular two-tiered pool deck, complements everything that is Amelia. All private balconies face the ocean and are a delightful place for an early morning breakfast while enjoying the sunrise.
The Amelia Inn and Beach Club is a AAA, Four Diamond facility . The Ocean Grill, located in the Amelia Inn, is the Plantation's most elegant restaurant, serving dinner and the Sunrise Café serving breakfast with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The Amelia Inn Lobby Lounge, open daily at 3:00 p.m. features entertainment Wednesday through Saturday evenings.

- Our classes are never more than 4 students per PGA Pro for your morning session at the practice stations, and never more than 3 students per PGA Pro for your afternoon playing lesson.
- You get a playing lesson with your PGA Professional each and every day of your school.
- We use PGA Professionals who are highly skilled Instructors, who know how to teach and play this great game. Many have been former Tour Pros, Head Professionals, Teaching Professionals, and Directors of Instruction who were chosen by us for their passion to help others. Many are really fun, patient people at the top of their field who are great with everyone from beginners to accomplished players.
- You name the dates you want your school and we will honor them. You will have a school according to your schedule, not only ours.
Daily itinerary for National Golf Schools: Amelia Island Plantation Resort & Spa
- 9:00 - 12:00: Practice stations for personal lessons with your golf professional. We will also video tape your swing for a take home teaching analysis.
- 12:00 - 12:45: Lunch
- 12:45 - 3:00pm: On course play with your PGA Professional.
- 3:00 pm: Unlimited Golf
